COMFORT PSYCHOLOGY
Telehealth
Telehealth sessions are a convenient and private way of receiving mental health support without the need to travel. Sessions are conducted via secure videoconferencing technology from the comfort of your own home, or anywhere else you choose to be.

We have found this the most convenient and flexible way of providing mental health support, in particular for people experiencing chronic illnesses. Telehealth enables access to support for people Australia-wide, allowing access to more specialized services by not being restricted to services in your local area.
